# Order Adobe subscription

This tutorial shows how to order an Adobe subscription by creating a new agreement and a new Adobe account.

### Prerequisites

Before starting this tutorial, make sure you have the following:

* An [active licensee](/modules-and-features/settings/licensees/licensee-states.md) or permission to [create a new licensee](/modules-and-features/settings/licensees/create-licensees.md). Licensee selection is required when setting up a new agreement.
* Your company's legal address and primary admin contact.
* If choosing a 3-year commitment, the minimum committed quantity.

### Ordering an Adobe subscription

**Start the ordering process**

To start the process:

1. Go to **Catalog** > **Products**.
2. From the list of products, select **Adobe VIP Marketplace**.
3. Review the product details.
4. Select **Buy now**. The Purchase Wizard starts.

**Follow the steps to place your order**

Complete the following steps, making sure to enter or verify the required information where necessary:

1. **Select agreement** - Select **Create agreement** to set up your new agreement.
2. **Select licensee** - Select an existing licensee for the agreement, then select **Next**. You can also [create a new licensee](/modules-and-features/settings/licensees/create-licensees.md).&#x20;
3. **Adobe account setup** - Choose **Create new Adobe account**, then select **Next**.&#x20;
4. **Additional information** - Do the following:
   1. Enter your **company name**, **company address,** and **primary Adobe administrator contact**.
   2. Choose whether to join the [3-year commitment](https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/enterprise/vip/vip-subscription-term-options-marketplace.html) and enter the minimum commit to for the 3-year term.
5. **Select items** - Do the following:
   1. Choose the items to order. You can select multiple items from the list. When done, select **Add items**.
   2. Review and adjust the quantity of each item.&#x20;
   3. Select **Next**.
6. **Details** - Enter reference details for the order, then select **Next**.
7. **Review order** - Read the terms and privacy statement. When done, select **Place order** to submit your order.
8. **Summary** - Select **View details** to open the order details page. Otherwise, select **Close**.

### Next steps

After placing the order, you'll receive an invitation from Adobe to accept the terms and conditions for Adobe VIP Marketplace.&#x20;

After you’ve accepted the terms and conditions, you’ll be able to manage your licenses and begin deploying them to users immediately in [Adobe Admin Console](https://adminconsole.adobe.com/).
