Alga PSA is an open‑source Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform that focuses on Managed Service Provider (MSP) scenarios, including service desk/support, project management, billing and invoicing, and more.

Marketplace Platform's integration with Alga PSA simplifies day-to-day operations for partners and helps them scale their subscription resale business more effectively. It allows partners to manage their business within a single platform by bringing subscription and agreement data from the Marketplace directly into their PSA environment. This removes the need to switch between multiple systems and streamlines service management, customer administration, and billing processes.

Partners can also manage Marketplace subscriptions alongside their existing customer and service workflows. The integration also supports a partner-led model that allows partners to provide their customers with controlled access to their subscriptions, while still maintaining ownership of the customer relationship and billing.

Getting started

SoftwareOne partners who use Alga PSA can install the SoftwareOne extension to link Alga PSA with the Marketplace Platform. For installation instructions, see Install the SoftwareOne extension.

Once you have configured the extension, your Marketplace account details, along with information such as agreements, subscriptions, orders, and statements, will be accessible in Alga PSA.
