Spotlight widget
Use the Spotlight widget to keep track of items requiring attention.
The Spotlight widget helps you track items that need attention. It highlights important items, such as overdue invoices, querying orders, and expiring subscriptions, so you can take action quickly.
Spotlight is available on the Home page by default. You can also access it from anywhere in the platform by selecting the Spotlight icon in the status bar.
Review spotlight items
Spotlight groups items by category, such as Orders, Subscriptions,and more. Each category shows the number of items that need attention.
By default, Spotlight shows up to five items in each category. If more items are available, select View all to open the related main page and review the complete list.
Customize spotlight
You can customize Spotlight to display only the categories that are relevant to you.
Select the More options (three dots) icon in the widget.
Select the categories you want to display or clear the categories you want to hide.
Select or clear the checkboxes to customize Spotlight.
Select Save. The widget updates to show only the selected categories.
Refresh spotlight
Spotlight updates automatically on a regular schedule to ensure you stay informed and always have the latest information. You can also refresh the list manually by selecting the sync icon .
