Update the title for a chat

Rename the title of your chat.

You can update the title of your case to easily identify it later.

Case titles are generated by default based on the initial description provided when the case is created. You can change the title to make it meaningful and concise.

Updating the title for a chat

To update the title:

1. Go to the Chats page.

2. (Optional) Use the Filter option at the top of your chat list to find the desired case.

3. Select the case you want to update.

4. Select the actions icon (•••) in the chat window, then choose Edit.

5. In the Edit chat dialog, enter the new title, then select Save. The title is updated immediately.
