# Terminate multiple subscriptions

Terminate multiple subscriptions at once.

You can terminate multiple subscriptions under the same agreement through a single termination order.

Instead of submitting separate termination requests for each subscription, you can include multiple subscriptions in one request.

#### Before you begin

* Only **Active** and **Suspended** subscriptions can be included in a termination request.
* If you select all subscriptions within an agreement, Marketplace displays a warning that the agreement will also be terminated when the order is completed.

### Terminate multiple subscriptions

To terminate multiple subscriptions:

1. Go to **Marketplace** > **Agreements**.
2. Select the required agreement.
3. On the agreement details page, select the **Subscriptions** tab.
4. From the actions menu, select **Terminate**.

5. In the guided **Terminate subscription** flow, do the following:
   1. **Subscriptions** – Select the subscriptions you want to terminate.
   2. **Items** – Review the consolidated list of entitlements for the selected subscriptions.
   3. **Details** – Enter a reference ID and order notes, then select **Next**.
   4. **Review order** – Review the order details and select **Place order**.
   5. **Summary** – Select **View order** to open the order details page or select **Close**.

The termination order is sent to the vendor for processing. The selected subscriptions are terminated only after the vendor completes the request.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.platform.softwareone.com/modules-and-features/marketplace/subscriptions/terminate-multiple-subscriptions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
