# USU License Agreement Report

The Marketplace Platform contains a license agreement report template specifically for USU. 

You can download the report and upload it directly into your USU system to populate your License Agreements.

To access the report:

1. From the main menu, navigate to **Inventory** > **License Agreements**.
2. On the **License Agreements** page, hover over **Exports** and select **Contracts - Aspera**.
3. On the **Create New Report - Contracts - Aspera** page, choose the format, schedule, date range, and delivery method.
4. Select **Run**.
