Group States

Learn about the different states of user groups.

A group represents a collection of users who share the same roles and permissions.

A group can currently exist in these states: New, Active, or Deleted. The following diagram shows the transitions between these states:

State	Definition
New	This is the initial status assigned to the group by the platform when the group is being created.
Active	The group is active.
Deleted	The group has been deleted and it no longer exists.
