Sellers

Learn about sellers in the Marketplace Platform.

In the SoftwareOne Marketplace, a seller is a legal entity within SoftwareOne that is responsible for fulfilling orders, issuing invoices, and handling billing.

Sellers facilitate the procurement of products and offer services to clients and partners across the Marketplace. Examples include SoftwareOne UK, SoftwareOne USA, and more.

Sellers are linked to your account by SoftwareOne. As a client or partner, you can only view the list of sellers; you cannot add new sellers or manage the existing ones.

Accessing sellers

The Sellers page displays a list of sellers in your account.

To open the page, choose Settings > Sellers from the main menu.

Use the Sellers page to view and manage sellers.

For each seller, you can view key details, such as name, ID, address, and status. Additionally, you can use the sort and filter options to customize the list and show or hide specific columns.
