Learn about the different states of an enrollment.
Enrollment is the process of registering for a program.
An enrollment can be in one of these states: New, Processing, Querying, Complete, or Failed. The following diagram shows the transitions between these states:

New
This is the initial status for newly created enrollments in the platform.
Processing
The enrollment has been submitted, and it's undergoing approval processing.
Querying
The vendor requires more information to process your enrollment.
Complete
The vendor has approved your enrollment and activated your certificate.
Failed
The vendor has rejected your enrollment request.

This topic describes how to view a list of enrollments in your account, as well as details about a specific enrollment.
To view your enrollments:
Go to Program > Enrollments.
View the list of enrollments on the page.
On the enrollment details page, you can view extended information for the enrollment. Some information is read-only, while others include links that allow you to navigate to further details.
To open enrollment details:
Go to Program > Enrollments.
Select the enrollment you want to view. The enrollment details page opens.

Enrollment is the process of registering for a vendor program.
Enrollment gives you access to all the benefits and incentives associated with the program. These benefits may include reduced pricing, special offers, renewal discounts, and more.
To enroll in a program, you must meet specific requirements, such as submitting necessary documentation or meeting certain criteria established by the vendor. In the Marketplace Platform, the enrollment process typically includes these steps:
Choosing the program you want to enroll in.
Providing information according to the program's parameters.
General
Shows the most up-to-date information for the enrollment.
Parameters
Shows the ordering and fulfillment parameters for the enrollment.

Submitting your request.
When you are enrolled, the Enrollments page displays the enrollment information.
The Enrollments page displays all enrollments, regardless of the status.
To open this page, choose Programs > Enrollment from the main menu.
On the Enrollments page, you can view details, such as enrollment ID, program name, status, and more.
You can also select an enrollment to view detailed information organized across several tabs. The information available includes:
General information and the current status of the enrollment.
Parameters and entities linked to the enrollment.
Notes and files attached to the enrollment
Additional IDs, timestamps, and audit trail.
Shows the object linked to the enrollment.
Notes
Allows you to add or update notes using the Edit option.
Details
Shows the date and time information for any events related to the enrollment, such as when the enrollment was created.
Attachments
Shows files attached to the enrollment.
Audit trail
Shows the for the enrollment.


Renew your enrollment easily.
If your enrollment for a program has expired and your certificate is no longer valid, you can re-enroll in the program. By re-enrolling, you can access the products available within the program and continue enjoying the benefits associated with the program.
You can re-enroll in a program only if your certificate has expired. If your certificate has been terminated, renewing the enrollment isn't possible.
To renew enrollment for a program:
Go to Programs > Certificates.
Select the certificate you want to renew.
On the certificate details page, select Re-enroll.
In the Re-enroll certificate flow, complete the following steps:
Review and update the details as needed.
Select Request to submit your enrollment.
When you submit the request, a new enrollment request is created with a Processing status. You can view this enrollment on the Enrollments page.
The certificate's status also changes from Expired to Updating. Once the re-enrollment is approved, the status changes to Active.
