View licensees

This topic describes how to view a list of licensees in your account, as well as details about a specific licensee.

Viewing a list of licensees

To view a list of licensees in your account:

1. Go to Settings > Licensees.

2. View the list of all licensees displayed on the page.

3. Review details such as the licensee name, address, status, and more. You can also identify whether the licensee is configured as a resale licensee. A resale license resells products purchased through the Marketplace, instead of using them for self-consumption.

Viewing licensee details

On the licensee details page, you can view detailed information for a specific licensee.

To view the licensee details:

1. Go to Settings > Licensees. A list of licensees is displayed.

2. Select the licensee that you want to view. The licensee details page opens.

3. Use the tabs on the licensee details page to view different types of information:

Tab	Description
General	Displays the licensee's mailing address and contact person details.
Details	Displays date and time information for the licensee, for example, the date and time when the licensee was created in the system, and so on.
Audit trail	Displays an audit trail for the licensee. For more information, see Audit Trail.
