In the SoftwareOne Marketplace, a seller is a legal entity within SoftwareOne that is responsible for fulfilling orders, issuing invoices, and handling billing.
Sellers facilitate the procurement of products and offer services to clients and partners across the Marketplace. Examples include SoftwareOne UK, SoftwareOne USA, and more.
Sellers are linked to your account by SoftwareOne. As a client or partner, you can only view the list of sellers; you cannot add new sellers or manage the existing ones.
Accessing sellers
The Sellers page displays a list of sellers in your account.
To navigate to the Sellers page, select the main menu, then choose Settings > Sellers. The list of sellers is displayed, as shown in the following image:
