# Delete workflow rules

Only administrators can access the existing workflows and delete rules within each workflow.

## Deleting workflow rules

To delete a rule within a workflow:

1. Navigate **Procurement**  > **Purchase Approval Setup**. 
2. On the **Purchase Approval Setup** page, select the user. The **Approval Workflow Setup** window opens.
3. In the **Actions** column, select **Delete**. Then, select **Yes** to confirm that you want to delete the rule.
4. Select **Save**.
