Download Statements

Statements are available for download in XLSX format.

Each statement includes a detailed breakdown of charges for the specified billing period. Each charge highlights transactions related to the subscriptions in your agreement. Use the list of charges in your statement to fully understand your invoice.

Note that the charges listed in your statement might not include taxes, such as VAT or sales tax. These taxes are calculated separately and then applied to your final invoice.

Downloading a statement

To download your billing statement:

1. Navigate to the Statements page.

2. (Optional) Refine your list of statements. Statements can be filtered using filters, such as status, ID, and so on. To learn more, see Filter data.

3. On the statement details page, select the Attachments tab.

4. Select the link in the Reference column or select the actions icon and choose Download. The selected statement is downloaded to your system.
