# Filter product profiles

You can use the filter options on the **Product Profiles** page to quickly find the profiles you need. Multiple filters can be combined to narrow down your search.

The following filter options are available:

* **Category** - Filter profiles by specific software categories, such as Accounting, Human Resources, Content Management Systems, and more.
* **Industry** - Filter profiles within specific business sectors or markets, such as Education, Hospitality, and more.
* **Segment** - Filter profiles based on organizational size. Common segments include Small Business, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Startups.
* **Vendor profile** - Filter product profiles by vendors listed in our catalog, such as Adobe, Microsoft, and more.

### Filtering product profiles

To filter product profiles:

1. Go to **Catalog** > **Product profile**.&#x20;
2. In the left sidebar, under **Filter by**, select a filter type.&#x20;
3. Select **Select entities**.&#x20;
4. In the **Manage entities** dialog, do the following:
   1. Select **Add**, then choose one or more options as necessary.&#x20;
   2. Select **Add** to confirm.
   3. Select **Apply**. The product profiles are filtered according to your selected filters.
