Enrollments
Enrollment is the process of registering for a vendor program.
Enrollment gives you access to all the benefits and incentives associated with the program. These benefits may include reduced pricing, special offers, renewal discounts, and more.
To enroll in a program, you must meet specific requirements, such as submitting necessary documentation or meeting certain criteria established by the vendor. In the Marketplace Platform, the enrollment process typically includes these steps:
Choosing the program you want to enroll in.
Providing information according to the program's parameters.
Submitting your request.
When you are enrolled, the Enrollments page displays the enrollment information.
Viewing enrollments
To view your enrollment, navigate to the Enrollments page in the platform. When you launch the Enrollments page, all enrollments are displayed, regardless of the status. You can use the sort and filter options to customize the list and show or hide specific columns as needed.
The table provides information, enrollment ID, the program name, enrollment status, and more.

Viewing enrollment details
On the enrollment details page, you can view extended information for the enrollment. Some information is read-only, while others include links that allow you to navigate to further details.
To view the enrollment details:
Navigate to the Enrollments page.
(Optional) Use filters to find the desired enrollment.
Select the enrollment ID to view basic information, such as the enrollment ID, current status, status message, and more.

Use the following tabs to access additional related information:
General - Displays the most up-to-date information for the enrollment.
Parameters - Displays the ordering and fulfillment parameters for the enrollment.
Entities - Displays the business object linked to the enrollment.
Notes - Allows you to add or update notes using the Edit option.
Details - Displays the date and time information for any events related to the enrollment, such as when the enrollment was created.
Attachments - Displays files attached to the enrollment.
Audit trail - Displays a record of events related to the enrollment. For more information, see Audit Trail.
Additional actions
On the details page, you can perform various actions depending on the status of your enrollment. The available actions include:
Delete enrollment (for draft enrollments only)
Edit enrollment (for draft enrollments only)
