How to disable the automatic renewal of an NCE subscription

If you want to prevent your NCE subscription from automatically renewing, you can disable automatic renewal by placing a configuration order.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current commitment period and will expire afterward without any additional charges.

To disable the automatic renewal of your NCE subscription

1. Navigate to the Subscriptions page in the platform.

2. Select the required NCE subscription. Make sure that the subscription and the agreement are active.

3. On the subscription's details page, select the arrow and choose Configure. The configuration wizard starts.

4. Do the following:

   1. In the Auto renewal step, choose Disabled and select Next.

   2. In the Order details step, provide the optional additional ID and notes for your order. When done, select Next.

   3. In the Review order step, select Place order to submit your order.

   4. In the Summary step, select View order to go to the order details page. Otherwise, select Close.

When your order has been processed, the subscription details page will display the status as Auto-renewal disabled.

If you want to re-enable the automatic renewal, follow the same steps you used to disable it, but choose the Enable option in the configuration wizard.
