# Feedback status

Feedback represents your experience, comments, and suggestions about the SoftwareOne Marketplace and how we can improve it.

Feedback items can currently exist in these statuses: **Submitted**, **Reviewed**, or **Deleted**. The following diagram shows the transitions between these states:

The following table provides a description of the different statuses:

If the feedback is valid and actionable, it's handled according to our project roadmap.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Deleted</strong></td><td>The feedback is removed and no longer exists.</td></tr></tbody></table>
