Edit Subscription Name

In some cases, you might need to change the display name of a subscription so you can find it easily in your list of subscriptions.

Subscriptions can be renamed using the Rename option on the subscription details page. You can rename only the subscriptions in the Active and Updating states.

Changing the subscription name only affects its display in the Client Portal. The updated subscription name will not be reflected in the vendor's system.

Editing a subscription's name

To rename a subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Subscriptions page.

  2. Select the subscription you want to rename.

  3. On the subscription details page, select the arrow and choose Rename.

  1. In the Rename dialog, enter the new name and select Save.

The subscription is renamed, and the new name is visible across all pages that feature the subscription within the platform.
