Terminate All Adobe Subscriptions
If you want to cancel all subscriptions in an agreement, you'll need to terminate the agreement altogether. An agreement can be terminated by placing a termination order. In this tutorial, you'll learn how to create a termination order for the agreement.
Note that Adobe subscriptions can be terminated both within and outside the 14-day return period. To learn about the cancellation policies, see What happens if I terminate my Adobe subscription?
Prerequisites
Before starting this tutorial, make sure that the agreement you want to terminate is Active. Agreements in any other state cannot be terminated.
Implementation
Open the agreement containing subscriptions to terminate
Navigate to the Agreements page. Then, select the agreement you want to terminate.
On the agreement details page, select the arrow and choose Terminate to launch the Terminate agreement wizard.
Complete the steps in the Terminate Agreement wizard
Items - Check that all subscriptions show the new quantity as 0 and select Next.
Order details - Enter the reference information for the agreement and the termination order, then select Next.
Review order - Review the order details. When done, select Place order to submit the termination order.
Summary - Select View order to navigate to the order details page. Otherwise, select Close.
