Cancel Adobe agreement

Cancel your Adobe agreement and return all subscriptions.

This tutorial describes how to cancel your Adobe agreement by placing a termination order.

An agreement can be terminated if you want to cancel all subscriptions within the specific agreement and end it entirely.

The cancellation outcome depends on whether you are inside or outside the return period. For information on the policies, see Downsize, termination, and return policies.

Prerequisites

Make sure that the agreement you want to terminate is currently active. Agreements in any other state cannot be terminated.

Cancel your entire Adobe agreement

Open the agreement to cancel

To open the agreement:

1. Go to Marketplace > Agreements.

2. Select the agreement you want to cancel.

3. On the agreement details page, select the dropdown arrow , then choose Terminate.

Place a termination order for the agreement

In the guided Terminate agreement flow, complete the following steps:

1. Items – Check that all subscriptions show the new quantity as 0, then select Next.

2. Order details – Enter the reference information for the agreement and the termination order. Select Next.

3. Review order – Review the order details, go through the terms and conditions, then select Place order.

4. Summary – Review your order summary, then select View details to open the order details page, or select Close.
