View your SoftwareOne account team members in the platform.
The Account team page displays the SoftwareOne account team associated with your Marketplace account.
This page helps you identify the SoftwareOne contacts responsible for managing and supporting your account.
Accessing the Account Team page
On the Account team page, you can view the names of your account team members along with their unique IDs within the platform.
To navigate to the Account Team page, select the main menu, then choose Settings > Account Team.
The page is view-only and managed by SoftwareOne, which means you cannot add new account team members or manage existing ones. If you want to make changes or have questions about your account team, contact your account manager or Marketplace Platform Support.
