Add or Update AzureSimple Subscriptions

You can add a new subscription or make changes to an existing AzureSimple subscription.

Add a new subscription

Follow these steps to add a new subscription:

1. From the main menu of the Client Portal, navigate to Marketplace > Cloud Subscriptions.

2. On the Cloud Subscriptions page, select My Subscriptions.

3. On the My Subscriptions page, select the AzureSimple tab. If you don't own AzureSimple subscriptions, the tab won't be visible.

4. Click Add Subscription.

5. On the Add Subscription page, provide a name for your subscription and the internal details associated with your subscription.

6. Click Add Subscription.

After you've added the subscription, you must assign a subscription owner through the Azure Portal. For information on how to add owners, see Manage subscription owners.

Update an existing subscription

You can rename a subscription or update internal details associated with the subscription.

Follow these steps to update a subscription:

1. Navigate to the My Subscriptions page and select the AzureSimple subscription you want to update.

2. On the Azure Subscription page, make the changes as necessary:

   • If you are updating the name, enter the new name and click Update Subscription.

   • If you are updating your internal details, enter the new information and click Save.

A confirmation message is displayed after your changes are saved.

Manage subscription owners

You can manage subscription owners of an existing subscription directly through the Azure Portal.

Follow these steps to manage the owners:

1. Sign in to the Azure Portal.

2. Elevate access so you can view the newly added subscription in Azure. For details on how to elevate access, see Elevate access to manage all Azure subscriptions and management groups.

3. Add the owner to the subscription. For the steps, see Assign a user as an administrator of an Azure subscription.
