Update Password

Reset or change your password.

If you forget your password and can't sign in to the platform, you can reset your password using the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page.

You can also change your password through your profile page. To change your password, you must be signed in to the platform.

Reset your password

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. On the Sign in page, enter your email address and select Continue.

  1. Click Forgot password?.

  1. In Forgot Your Password?, enter your email address and click Send Email. You'll receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

  2. Click the link and follow the onscreen instructions to create a new password.

Didn't receive the email?

We recommend checking your Spam or Junk folder.

Change your password

Follow these steps to change your password:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Select your account menu and click My profile. Your profile page opens.

  1. Click the chevron in the upper right and select Change password. The Change password page opens.

  1. Enter your new password and then confirm that your new password matches the one you entered in Confirm new password. As you start typing your new password, our password validation checks whether your new password meets the requirements.

  2. Click Confirm to save your changes.
