Create new groups and add members to those groups.
Create a new group
Follow these steps to create a new group:
Navigate to the Groups page (Settings > Groups).
Click Add. The Add group page opens.
In the General section, provide the following details and click Next.
Name - (Required) Provide a name for your group.
Description - (Optional) Describe your group.
In the Modules section, choose all the modules that your group members should have access to and click Next. Note that you must select at least one module.
In the Users section, choose the users you want to add to the group and click Next. Note that all user accounts that exist within your account are displayed in this section.
In the Overview section, review the group details and click Add. The new group is created and the Summary section displays the details of the new group.
From this section, you can return to the Groups page by clicking Close, or open the details page of the group by clicking View Details.
