Password Reset

Follow these instructions to reset or change your password.

Resetting your password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it.
To reset your password
  1. 1.
    On the sign-in page, enter your email address and select Continue.
  2. 2.
    Select the Forgot password? link.
  3. 3.
    Select Send Email. You'll receive an email containing a password reset link.
  4. 4.
    Select the link in your email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Changing your password

If you wish to change your current password, you can do so when you're signed in to the Client Portal.
To change your password
  1. 1.
    Select the account menu in the upper-right corner of the Client Portal.
  2. 2.
    Select Change Password. You'll receive an email containing a password reset link.
  3. 3.
    Select the link in your email and follow the instructions to choose a new password.
NOTES:
  • The link is valid for one day and can only be used once. If you don't reset your password within a day of receiving the password reset email, you'll need to regenerate the link. If you requested the password reset link multiple times, only the link in the most recent email will be valid.
  • The new password that you choose must be unique and contain at least 8 characters. It must also be a combination of lower case letters (a-z), upper case letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), and special characters (e.g. ! @ # $ % ^ & *).
