Supported browsers for desktop devices

You can access the Client Portal from a browser on a Windows, macOS, or Linux computer.

If you don't use a supported browser, you might not be able to access the Client Portal or use all of its features.

Supported browsers for mobile devices

If you want to access the Client Portal on a mobile device, ensure that your mobile browser meets the following minimum requirements:
  • The screen resolution must be at least 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximized).
  • The cookies must be enabled.
  • JavaScript must be enabled.
