Supported browsers for desktop devices
You can access the Client Portal from a browser on a Windows, macOS, or Linux computer.
We support the following browsers:
Google Chrome (latest version)
Microsoft Edge (Chromium) (latest version)
Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
Apple Safari for macOS (latest version)
If you don't use a supported browser, you might not be able to access the Client Portal or use all of its features.
Supported browsers for mobile devices
If you want to access the Client Portal on a mobile device, ensure that your mobile browser meets the following minimum requirements:
The screen resolution must be at least 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximized).
The cookies must be enabled.
JavaScript must be enabled.
We support the following mobile browsers:
Apple Safari for iOS (latest version)
Android browsers (the default browser on Android 13+)
