Currency Settings

View and export your list of currencies.

The Client Portal allows you to change your currency and view a list of currencies that are available to you for transactions.

Change currency settings

Follow these steps to change your currency setting:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. From the main menu, navigate to Marketplace > Products or Marketplace > Procurement Workbench.

  3. Click Change currency.

  4. On the Change your currency settings page, select the country and the new currency.

If the currency you are looking for is unavailable in the Selected Currency list, it might not be possible to transact in that currency. You can verify this on the Currency Overview page, which displays your active and default currencies.

  1. Click Save.

View all currencies

The Currency Overview page, located under Setup > Currency Overview, displays a list of currencies you can transact in.

You can view the active and default currency for a country, and create a quick report of all the currencies by clicking Export.

Export your list of currencies

You can export the list of active and default currencies to Excel, CSV, JSON, or XML formats.

Follow these steps to export your list of currencies:

  1. Sign in to your account and navigate to the Currency Overview page.

  2. On the Currency Overview page, hover over Exports and choose Currency Overview.

  3. On the Create New Report - Currency Overview page, do the following:

    • Choose a format of the report.

    • Provide a name for your report.

    • Choose the delivery method. You can download the report, share it via email, or use SFTP.

  4. Confirm that you want to run the report by selecting Run. Your report is queued and a confirmation message is displayed.
